Remote Site Inspections app for iPhone and iPad

The target audience of the application are qualified building surveyors who use the application for remote site inspections based on the professional skill and judgement of surveyors on domestic properties (Homes - houses, flats etc...).
Data is gathered about the property through the remote survey from the surveyor’s iPhone. Photos and recorded video calls of the property can be taken for the purposes of evidence that the assessment has been carried out correctly.
Not everyone can gain access to the functionality of the software. A user must be a Stroma surveyor or a contractual client of Stroma. The use of the software is only available to these users by scheduling a remote site visit. This manifests through an SMS message being sent to a client/surveyor by way of invitation to join the call.
During these virtual inspections, where appropriate, the photo and video evidence is recorded on CRM to ensure a full audit history of the inspection record is developed.
Our surveyor will direct the inspection through the application, asking the contractor to view specific areas, which ensures a thorough and detailed inspection.
The intended distribution of the software is within the UK and the use of the software is only of use within the UK.
